Woman Arrested On Bestiality Charges After Looking For Horse On Craigslist


An Arizona woman has been arrested on bestiality charges after allegedly trying to arrange sex with a horse via Craigslist.
The woman, who's described astransgender and who the police report is legally known as Donald Waelde, 22, posted this ad on the Missed Connections section of Phoenix Craigslist on April 8:
"I am 22 years old and I want to play with a male Horse. Simple as that. If you have access to a Male horse, and can allow me access to a male horse, then contact me please ;) I will do something in return.

Waelde's ad caught the eye of another Craigslist visitor who reported it to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, Phoenix New Times reports.

Undercover deputies contacted Waelde. During a subsequent conversation, she allegedly stated she wanted to perform oral sex on the horse and agreed to meet the undercover detective, the paper reports.
The meeting took place on Tuesday and deputies brought along a horse from the sheriff's Mounted Posse as a prop.
During the meeting, Waelde allegedly admitted to placing the ad and her sexual intentions with the animal.
She was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit bestiality.
A search warrant of her home was also executed, according to AZ Central.com.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Waelde's arrest was the fourth case since 2011, where an alleged animal sex abuser was caught on Craigslist.
"Cases like these are tough to talk about, but we will always go after those who commit sex acts with animals," Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told KTAR-TV.

14-Year-Old Charged As Adult In Alleged Rape Of 8-Year-Old Cousin


A Maryland teenager is being charged as an adult in the alleged rape of his 8-year-old female cousin.
Solomon Pule, 14, was turned in to authorities last Monday by his mother, according to CBS Baltimore.
A probable cause statement, obtained by Fox News Baltimore, said Pule's mother came downstairs to see the teen mounting his young cousin on a love seat. The little girl's skirt was lifted, Pule's pants were down, and a pair of scissors sat next to the two, according to the statement.
"He told me if I was to scream that he was going to cut me," the victim told police. “He shoved his thing in me.”
Pule's mother told police she had instructed her son and niece to clean up the living room while she put her 2-year-old down for a nap upstairs. Believing it to be too quiet, the mother went downstairs to investigate and caught her son in the act, according to WUSA 9.
Police said Pule admitted to the crime during an interrogation. He is now being charged as an adult.

8 More Deaths From MERS In Saudi Arabia


RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Saudi Arabia's Health Ministry said Sunday that eight more people have died after contracting a lethal Middle East virus related to SARS as the kingdom grapples with a rising number of infections.
The ministry reported the deaths in a statement on its website late in the evening. It said it had detected a total of 16 cases of the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus over the past 24 hours.
The latest cases bring to 102 the number of people who have died after contracting the disease in Saudi Arabia since September 2012. A total of 339 cases have been recorded to date in the kingdom, which has been the site of the bulk of confirmed infections.
Among the latest dead were a child in the capital, Riyadh, and three people in the western city of Jiddah, which has seen a spike in infections in recent weeks. The ministry also reported confirmed cases in the city of Tabuk, near the border with Jordan.
On Saturday, the ministry reported that a Saudi man died in Riyadh and another in Jiddah.
Egyptian authorities on Saturday said officials there had detected the country's first confirmed infection in a 27-year-old civil engineer who recently returned from Saudi Arabia.
Other Mideast countries that have past reported cases of infection include Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. A small number of cases have been diagnosed in Europe and Asia.
MERS belongs to the coronavirus family that includes the common cold and SARS, or severe acute respiratory syndrome, which caused some 800 deaths globally in 2003.
There is no vaccine or cure for MERS, though not all those who contract the virus become ill. It is still unclear how it is transmitted.

Man Tries To Blow Up Pregnant Woman With Gas Canister


A Chinese man kidnapped his pregnant girlfriend and tried to blow her up with a gas canister he had tied to her.
Despite suffering horrific injuries, Xu Fan, 21 survived the ordeal as did her unborn baby.

She accidentally ended up pregnant after a one night stand with Li Moulian, 36, in Mazhuang New Village in Huizhou City of Guangdong Province in the south of China.

Want To Stop Snoring? Here's What Works (And What Doesn't)


Long considered little more than a nuisance, snoring is no longer something to ignore -- to the delight of frustrated bed partners everywhere. To sleep physicians, snoring is a sign that something's up.
"When you are snoring, you're spending too much energy to breathe," says Dr. M. Safwan Badr, M.D., president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. "Snoring is like fever for a general internist -- it tells you somethig is going on, but it doesn't tell you what."
Snoring occurs when a person's airways have narrowed, causing the air that passes through it as we breathe to vibrate the soft tissue of the throat. "In principle, snoring is not normal," he says. As a physician, he says he would want to know why that person is snoring in order to provide the best treatment, rather than have a snorer attempt to take her medical care into her own hands. "I would make sure that the body isn't telling us to look for sleep-disordered breathing or sleep apnea," he says.
During sleep apnea, snorers actually stop breathing, sometimes hundreds of times a night. It's important to receive an accurate diagnosis because of sleep apnea's many implications in other health conditions. Sleep apnea raises risk of heart attack,depression and diabetes. But even if snoring is due to a case of seasonal allergies or nasal congestion, there are treatments that can improve those conditions that only a physician would think to suggest, he says.
Still, many snorers and their aggravated bed partners are looking for a little at-home relief. Badr walked us through the options on the market that might work -- and what's not worth your time or money.
Nasal Strips
The verdict: Skip 'em. Badr says these usually don't work. A narrowing of nasal passages that's severe enough to cause snoring happens deeper than can be fixed with a sticky strip. "They may or may not affect the acoustics," he says, "but not the mechanics of the airway." In other words, a frustrated bed partner may hear quieter snoring from someone wearing a nasal strip, but "the phenomenon will not go away," he says.
Losing Weight
The verdict: Try it! Excess weight can add tissue to the neck that presses and restricts airways, leading to the vibrations that produce snores, says Badr. "Left to their own devices, people who keep adding a few pounds every year may develop sleep apnea, but if they gained the weight and then started snoring, losing the weight may help alleviate the snoring." Not to mention, losing excess weight carries a number of additional health benefits!
Sleeping On Your Side
The verdict: Try it! Because there's greater pressure on the throat when you're lying on your back, shifting to your side can really quiet that snore, says Badr. Back-sleeping snorers are probably used to frequent elbowing from their bed partners, he says. To save yourself those bruises, experts recommend a crafty trick: Sew a tennis ball into the front pocket of an old t-shirt, then wear the shirt backwards to bed. Lying on your back will be pretty uncomfortable, so you won't be tempted to drift that way in your slumber!
Sleep With A Humidifier
The verdict: Consider it. If your snoring is due to nasal congestion or allergies, and your nasal congestion or allergies are worse in dry air, sleeping with a humidifier might help, says Badr, and it certainly won't hurt. However, he says, "there may be a kernel of truth in a lot of these home remedies, but they're probably not the whole story." Believing you can cure snoring with the switch of a humidifier minimizes the gravity of snoring, rather than encouraging you to bring it to the attention of your physician, he says.
Saying No To A Nightcap
The verdict: Try it! An occasional snorer may find the problem exacerbated by an adult beverage before bed, says Badr. That's because alcohol relaxes those muscles keeping the airways open. Alcohol before bed also leads to less restful, more disturbed sleep, so it's smart to skip the nightcap even if you don't snore.
Fancy Pillows
The verdict: Skip 'em. While it's true that different neck positions can expand or narrow the airways, chances are you're not going to stay put throughout the night, says Badr. Eliminating snoring is usually not as simple as buying a new pillow, he says, and there hasn't been any scientific evidence to support their use.
Nasal Valves
The verdict: Consider it. The FDA has approved nasal valves for the treatment of sleep apnea, says Badr, and they may be available over the counter for snoring as well. However, they're one-time use, and not exactly cheap, he says.
Oral Devices
The verdict: Consider one if you've exhausted other options. In someone with sleep apnea who either doesn't respond to or doesn't tolerate treatment with a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), a type of mouthguard that moves the jaw can be helpful. Badr says these devices may also provide some benefit for people who snore, but without a sleep apnea diagnosis to show your insurance company, expect a hefty price tag. The problem, however, is that you have to shell out the big bucks before you really know if it's going to work, says Badr. "There's usually something simpler you can try."
Surgery
The verdict: Consider it infrequently. "CPAP is the gold standard," says Badr, and if you're snoring is so bad you'd consider surgery, you probably do have sleep apnea, he says. Surgery would only be considered in cases where CPAP treatment didn't prove effective, and a team of physicians and specialists would have to perform a comprehensive sleep assessment to come up with the best plan, he says. Basically, sleep apnea or snoring surgery is not to be taken lightly.
Bottom line: Don't ignore your snoring, especially if you have other health conditions or feel tired during the day, Badr says. "People tend to explain away their symptoms, and they could be missing something."

“Suspek yang mengalami pendarahan serius kemudiannya berjalan sejauh kira-kira 80 meter dari premis itu dipercayai bagi mendapatkan bantuan sebelum tidak sedarkan diri.

“Lelaki terbabit ditemui orang awam sebelum kejadian itu dimaklumkan kepada pihak berkuasa. Mangsa kemudian dikejarkan ke hospital, namun disahkan maut ketika dalam perjalanan,” katanya.

Timbalan Ketua Polis Daerah Petaling Jaya, Superintendan Fadil Marcus ketika dihubungi berkata, pihaknya menerima laporan berhubung kejadian itu dan mengklasifikasikan kes itu sebagai kematian mengejut.

8 Questions To Ask Yourself Before Committing To A Partner


Before you make the big choice of a partner, take time to ask some very important questions.
"You must choose, but choose wisely. For as the true Grail will bring you life, the false Grail will take it from you." This ominous quote about choices is from the movie "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade".
Think about the most important choices you make in life. Making the best decisions starts with knowing yourself and being honest about what you deeply want. Sure, while making decisions, other people are considered, but it begins and ends with you.
You believe you are in love and decide that you will choose this person as your life partner or spouse. This decision will impact your life for a very long time and hopefully for the rest of your life in the best ways possible. Being completely honest with yourself about who you are and who this person is and what each of you are coming into the relationship with can help you to make the best possible decision. You choose to be with someone because of the way they make you feel, right? Or is the choice made because you can imagine what life with this person, at its best, will look? Is it wishful thinking, or is your image based on evidence and things you know to be true? These are important questions to think about before going through with commitment.
As I mentioned, knowing yourself -- your dreams, your strengths and weaknesses -- is the first step to making the right choice. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
  • Are you at a place of balance in your life? 
  • If you are at a place in your life where you are balanced in your work, mind, body and spirit, you are more likely to enter into a healthy relationship with a healthy person.
  • Can you stand on your own?

  • If you can stand on your own in your life and not be in a mindset of dependency on another person, you'll enter the relationship on equal terms with the other person. You must come from a place of strength in yourself and not dependency or co-dependency. This will make you a solid and emotionally healthy partner.
  • What are your life beliefs, expectations and desires?

  • It is important for you to get clear on how you would like your life to look as the mature, honest person that you are. Things like children, religious beliefs and expectations, life goals and where you want to live are all important to think about. Be sure that your partner and you match up or agree on these items when the time comes for this discussion.
  • What is the other family like?

  • The truth is that the pressures a person's family or your family might put on a relationship can be huge. These people are going to interact with you forever and if you get a major "ick" feeling about them, then do a reality check to determine if you can live with these individuals in your life. On the other hand, if they are warm and wonderful, your life will be all the better with them in it. Family ties are generally strong and can be a blessing or a curse. How about your family dynamics? Do you have a healthy family? No one is perfect, but pause to think of your family relationships and if there could be some honest work done within your own family. There's no time like the present. Right?
  • How does your significant other treat you? 

  • On the surface, all seems to be good, but are you jumping through hoops to make him/her happy all of the time? Are you on guard making sure things go smoothly to keep him or her in a good mood? Be very mindful of how you are treated to be sure you are not with someone who controls, criticizes or manipulates you. Also, bag the person who always keeps you guessing. Staying with a person who is wrong for you is like living your life in clothes that fit horribly, where you are always adjusting and never feeling comfortable. Listen to your gut on this one, please. There are more and more narcissists and sociopaths in the world and you don't want to be married to one. Trust me. Now ask the same questions of yourself. Do you play games with your guy/girl to keep them guessing? Do they have to work to keep you happy?
  • Is the person practicing addictive behaviors?

  • If they are, then you don't really know and nor can you fully trust this person. He or she has a long road of recovery ahead, and if they have not admitted they have a problem or begun the practice of healing, then you are marrying their addiction. This includes eating disorders as well. If the girl or guy is always very rigid on meals, exercise and their appearance, then you have a red flag waving at you. Be honest, get the issues on the table and do what is right for you. My number one piece of advice for clients is, "What is best for you is best for everyone." When you are being honest and honoring your needs and feelings, you also give the other person the opportunity to do what is best for them. It just is good all around. Ignoring signs of problems allows the person to get worse or ignore what needs help.
  • Are you practicing addictive behaviors? 

  • Drinking to excess and taking drugs are the result of a need to self-medicate and to avoid feeling emotions. If you are actively working on these addictions and have met them head on, then you can likely be a good life partner as you continue to move forward in your self-discovery and healing. If you have not reached the point of getting treatment or confronting your issues, then you will probably experience a dependency on the person, expecting them to meet your needs while not taking care of yourself in a healthy way.
  • Finally, how do you feel in this relationship?
  • If you feel comfortable, loved and cherished, equal and calm in this relationship, like you are finally home, then congratulations! Make that choice. It sounds like a keeper. Making life choices isn't so hard when you remain TAO -- Transparent, Authentic and Open. Marriage and life partnership are not objects to win, but instead are earned with trust and love. The reward for being TAO is a life with a loving, honest companion and best friend.
Once you're able to answer these questions honestly, you will then be able to determine if you are ready to choose your life partner. Ready, set, answer!
